The channels and VOD in any package may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.Kosmos TV’s responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed-upon period, and a screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the client's registered email as proof.
Kosmos TV acts solely as a reseller for various providers.Each subscription allows one connection, meaning it cannot be used on more than one device at a time.
Attempts to use multiple devices simultaneously under one subscription may result in permanent termination.
The client must provide device details, including type, model, app used, and MAC address if applicable. If no device information is provided in the order notes, an m3u format will be sent, and this cannot be changed later.Providers may perform server maintenance at any time, without an estimated time frame.
Buffering, freezing, and non-working content are common in lPTV services worldwide, and you may experience such issues. Clients are responsible for understanding how lPTV functions and its typical characteristics.If an lPTV package becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a different one.
lPTV subscription credentials are usually sent to the client’s registered email within one business day after receiving payment confirmation.For lPTV resellers, Kosmos TV is responsible solely for activating and providing the reseller panel information, including the agreed-upon credit points.
We do not provide support for any issues related to the lPTV reseller panel.

Refund Policy
Kosmos TV guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed period. A screenshot displaying the lPTV subscription details and expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered contact information.However, we have no control over server-related issues, interruptions, or non-working content. For assistance, contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any problems.Kosmos TV is not responsible for subscriptions purchased for incompatible or incorrect lPTV receiver boxes.
Refund is available 3 days after subscription if the following issues were encountered:
All devices owned are not compatible with the servers.
All instructions sent by the support team were followed (proof needed) yet the service is still not working.
Withdrawal of Service
You are not required to notify us if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription. Your subscription will automatically expire or be paused once the current subscription period ends. No payment is necessary to cancel or put your subscription on hold.
Account Termination
Kosmos TV may immediately terminate or suspend your account and restrict access to the service, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the terms and conditions.If you wish to terminate your account, simply stop using the service.All provisions of the terms and conditions that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
